The Housing Authority of
Somerset's (KY.) new dual-use Administration Building and Learning Center is a
technology-rich resource for empowering clients and potentially, a new model
for small PHA's with limited resources but unlimited vision of what a
community-oriented authority can accomplish. Low-Income families now have easy, nearby access to a wide
variety of education and training opportunities in a facility that has a client
friendly, non-intimidating design.
